We periodically extend this team with additional developers for specific projects.

Natalie Clark – COO. Natalie has worked with Minute Menu since 1997, and has worked just about every job at the company—receptionist, office manager, technical support, sales, and even built our first website.  Since 2011 she’s held the Chief Operating Officer title, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.  She works closely with members of the CACFP community on advocacy and regulatory compliance issues and has served on the USDA Paperwork Reduction Workgroup since 2011.
